The Mad Maven is a Hair Salon Suite in Belmont, MA owned by Jessica Hilaire. 

Jessica is a National Certified Balayage artist by L'Oreal Professionnel; who also holds former titles of L'Oreal Professionnel artist, Oribe Educator, and CNBC Artist. Aside from specializing in Balayage, Jessica is extremely knowledgable in all forms of Color Techniques, Up-Hair & Bridal Hair design, and Cutting for all Natural hair textures. Jessica is also Certified in all Bellami Pro Hair Extension methods.
